.: Noel had a tremendous summer and his dominant interior play has catapulted him to the top rated spot in the class of 2013. Noel can do it all in the paint- he can score with a soft turnaround jumper or tear the rim out of the backboard with his dynamic dunks. But, what really makes Noel stand out from the crowd is his amazing defensive abilities. He is a human-highlight film of blocked shots! If there was a Super Hero of Shot Blocking- Noel would be this Super Hero! He has a great wing span, uncanny timing and super-human springs in his legs. Noel is the most dynamic High School shot blocker since Alonzo Mourning. Noel is being heavily recruited by Connecticut, Florida, Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina and Syracuse.

.:Is Andrew Wiggins the next Super Star of Basketball?? This is a question you will have to answer yourself when you attend this year's State Farm ToC. Wiggins is an ultra-talented swing man who can do it all! He is a deluxe slasher who knows how to get to the tin with his quick takes and astounding ball handling skills. He can bury the perimeter jumper or rise over an opponent for a vicious jam! Wiggins is long and athletic and he knows how to use his impressive skills sets on the floor at all times. Wiggins is currently rated as the "TOP PLAYER" in the 2014 class and is already being recruited by Duke, North Carolina, Syracuse, Kentucky and Florida State. Andrew's father Mitchell Wiggins was a star player for Florida State and played in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls and Houston Rockets.

.:Yogi Ferrell is a special talent. He has already led his Park Tudor Panthers to two straight 2A State Championships, and he has already committed to play for the Indiana Hoosiers. So what else does this kid have to prove? Well- how about three State Championships and a spot in Indiana High School basketball lore! Ferrell is a fiery PG who sees the floor and finds the open man better than anyone in the senior class- in fact he is rated as the #1 PG in the 2012 national group. Ferrell is tenacious and he knows how to beat his opponents- whether it is from a slick drive to the hoop, a 3-point jumper or a no-look assist to one of his talented teammates. Ferrell is fun to watch from the first tip to the final buzzer.

.:It is seldom that you see a basketball player as athletic as Wayne Selden. It is seldom that you see a player so young- be so good! Seldom do you see a player like Selden! This kid has the body control of a collegiate junior. The way he knifes through the lane and finishes among the trees in the lane is breathtaking. He is extremely hard to defend- because he can bury the perimeter jumper if a defender backs away from him- but will make a defender pay big time if they get to close to him on defense. Selden's dunks off the drive and in transition will make you slap your Grandma! (So for heaven's sakes do not bring your Grandma to one of Tilton's games) Selden is rated as a "TOP 10" Player in the 2014 class and has already been offered by Connecticut, Kentucky and Pittsburgh.



Elijah MaconHuntington PrepELIJAH MACON, 6'8" Sr. PF
Huntington Prep, West Virginia - WEST VIRGINIA

.:Macon is warrior in the lane! He is one of the fiercest competitors in the nation and his unrelenting efforts in the paint will make you wish he was on your team. He has dominated the Ohio high school hoops scene for three years- and now that he is joining the Express for his senior campaign, the nation needs to watch out! He is a devastating rebounder, shot blocker and he has chipped the paint from many a’ rim with his nasty put-back slams. Macon is a "Top 40" player in the 2012 class and is committed to the Mountaineers of West Virginia.

.:Hill is a silky smooth shooter from the Southwestern part of Illinois and his stock continues to soar with every game he plays. He is a long, athletic 2-man with deep range on his outside jumper. He excels in transition and can finish off the drive with a soft release inside 10 feet. Hill is a fresh face on the recruiting trail and will continue to improve as he puts more muscle on his frame. Hill is a "TOP 40" player in the 2013 national class and has verbally committed to the University of Illinois.

.:Georges Niang is a beast! He knows how to get the ball in the bucket (24 ppg) and he is extremely creative in the process. Niang can finish in traffic, knock down the face up jumper or draw fouls on the drive. He is a strong rebounder who does not back down from a challenge. He understands the game and plays hard until the final whistle. Niang will be joining the Iowa State Cyclones after his final season with the Rams.

.:Craig Sword is one of the top slashing Point Guards in America! Sword led his Carver Wolverines to a 33-2 record a year ago- and averaged 26 points and five assists in the process. Sword knows how to get to the basket and is fearless in his attempts. He is an outstanding passer who finds the open man with accurate dishes. Sword has already committed to play for Mississippi State in the SEC.

.:Talk about making a name for yourself! Buddy Hield has gone from obscurity to one of the most sought-out players in the 2012 class. Hield averaged 24 points per game last year for the Buffaloes- but only two DI teams even knew his name. Now that the summer basketball circuit has concluded, Hield has teams from all over the nation recruiting him. Hield put up huge scoring numbers over the summer and in doing so- showcased his phenomenal shooting range and scoring touch. Hield has made a commitment to the Oklahoma Sooners for next season. Look for Hield to be ranked as one of the "Top 10" Shooting Guards in the 2012 class.

.:Bluiett is an extremely alert performer who is always in the right place at the right time on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court. He knows how to get open and when he receives the pass, he does not hesitate to execute the play. He can score from the perimeter or on the dribble drive. He has quick hands on defense and his steals generate transition buckets. Bluiett has been offered a scholarship from Indiana, but is still wide open in the recruiting process. The other schools pursuing Bluiett's talents include: Michigan State, Notre Dame, Purdue, Ohio State and Virginia.

.:Brown is just beginning to show his true basketball talents on the court. He is a slick, athletic wing man who knows how to get to the rim off the dribble drive. He understands the game and knows how to score from anywhere on the court. Brown is a hard-nosed defender who enjoys creating offense with his defense. Sterling is the younger brother of Los Angeles Lakers guard Shannon Brown and is being recruited by Illinois, De Paul and Michigan State.

Springfield, Illinois

.:Willie Wiley is a staple when it comes to the State Farm ToC. This is Wiley's third ToC appearance and he has a chance to become the first player to ever be named to three All-Tournament teams. In two years- Wiley has scored 108 points and grabbed 90 rebounds. He has a great chance to break the rebounding record by the second game of this year’s Methodist Medical Center Invitational. Wiley is also one of the tournament’s top shot blockers and is the all-time tournament leader in slamaroos! Wiley is being recruited by several DI programs including Eastern Illinois.
